During B-BWR online / offline event, adjudicator shall be appointed who shall authenticate Brain-Book World Records attempt. Applicants should be a, Sports Coach, professionals, entrepreneur, self employed, event organizer or management company..
Brain-Book World Records (“B-BWR”) Records Management Team is responsible for processing all record breaking claims worldwide as well as servicing the needs of the other departments in the office.
Brain-Book World Records Official Adjudicators are fully trained adjudicators who can represent the Brain-Book World Records brand in all circumstances and can adjudicate all types of records. The B-BWR Adjudicator is not a permanent member of staff and works only in the capacity of B-BWR Official Adjudicator (B-BWROA) when required for events, adjudications, TV programmes, Challenge Fairs and other record initiatives organized by the B-BWR PR office.
Explaining the record guidelines and answering any questions ahead of the event.
Checking all measurements and any equipment required for the attempt
Briefing stewards and carrying out spot checks (mass participation events only).
Assessing and verifying the record attempt on the day.
Engaging the audience.
Participating in media interviews.
To adjudicate live B-BWR Official Record Attempts, globally, as instructed by B-BWR, determine if the record was successful or not and present the record holder with an Official Certificate.
To report on the outcome of these attempts, providing the necessary evidence, documentation, pictures, and contacts
To be an ambassador of the B-BWR brand and represent B-BWR at events, media interviews, conferences, etc.
Every Applicant has to fill the Brain-Book World Records Adjudicator Application form .
B-BWR Management committee will review submitted application form and on selection, issue the Letter of Appointment & press ID Card.
Brain-Book World Records Committee will share the schedule to each adjudicator for their travel preparation and confirm to B-BWR.
Flight ticket (or) Train Ticket and Accommodation details will be shared to adjudicator in concern country (or) state (or) district by the BBWR PR Office.
Adjudicator has to review the Brain-Book World Records performance, sign the witness form and transferred scanned copy to Brain-Book World Records office.
Once witness form received, Brain-Book World Records committee will deposit the salary/fee to concern adjudicator as defined officially time to time.
